Hotel Policies
Check-In is 4pm. Please inquire at Out Island Outfitters(OIO) 24 hours prior your arrival should your arrival be earlier than 4pm. OIO may based on availability and Management approval accommodate your request and or the outlet is equipped to store your baggage until 4pm and you may use the full resort facilities and their showers, rest rooms until your villa becomes available so you can enjoy the most of your vacation.
Check-Out is 11am. Late Check outs may be arranged based on availability and Management approval for a $50 fee when departing after Noon up to 3pm. Departures after 3pm Full Rate Applies. Please inquire at Out Island Outfitters 24 hours prior your departure. All check out payments must be arranged at OIO between the hours of 8am and 4pm. If you depart before 8am you must check out the evening prior before 4pm.
Non Smoking. Please All Villas are Non Smoking, Please smoke outdoors on the balcony or patios only. A $250 Smoke Removal Cleaning fee will be charged to your account if a smoke odor is observed during inspection.
Rate Basis
:
All rates above are per night based on Quad occupancy except for the 1-Bedroom Mariner Luxury Townhomes, which are based on 2 people. All room rates are nightly & do not include meals, taxes or fees
*Additional Person Rate
:
Extra person pricing per night applies as follows for all Best Available Rate plans. Additional person pricing may be higher for specials depending on their package inclusions.
Extra adults are $50 per night, 18 years and older, when occupying the same accommodations as parents.
Minor children ages 7 - 17 are $25.
Children 6 years of age and under stay free
There is no charge for cribs based on availability.
Room Taxes & Service Fees
:
All room rates are subject to a 22% additional tax/resort fee & service charge. Rates include daily light touch housekeeping to include the removal of trash, replenish towels and amenities.
Vista Del Mar Beach Estate Government Fee
:
Vista Del Mar Beach Estate rates are subject to a 10% government tax and $60 departure cleaning fee. Daily housekeeping is not included however can be arranged for $60 a day.
Deposit Policy
:
Deposit with a valid credit card (Visa, Mastercard & American Express) is required for all reservations at time of booking. For room reservations of 3 nights, a deposit equal to the full amount of the room charge will be due at the time of booking. For Christmas / New Year holidays the balance of the amount is required 60 days prior to arrival.
Minimum Stays
:
Minimum stay may be required over special events. Christmas & New Year holiday, has a 5 night minimum 12/27-1/1.
Balance Due
:
The balance, together with any incidentals incurred during your stay will be due and payable prior to your departure. Payment can be made via Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Payments can be made by cash or traveler’s check also. Deposits will appear on your credit card statement as “Cape Eleuthera”.
Holiday Cancellation Policy
:
Valid Credit card or advance wire payment equal to all nights reserved is required at the time of booking to confirm the booking.
Refunds will be granted as follows:
Cancellations notified 8 days or greater prior to arrival date: full refund.
Cancellations notified within 7 days of arrival date: balance of entire booking will be charged to guest's credit card.
Partial stays/early check-out: guest will be charged for full booking.
Guests are not permitted to transfer forfeited amounts to future dates of stay.
Please note that if booking for the dates of arrival between December 22 -January 1, 2012 a 3 night deposit will be processed upon confirmation. There is a loss of a 3 night room deposit if cancelling between October 1-October 31, 2012. A loss of 50% of the stay if cancelling between November 1 -November 30, 2012.
And a loss of the entire stay if cancelling between December 1-January 1, 2012.
Non-Holiday Cancellation Policy
:
Valid Credit card is held as guarantee only.
Cancellations notified 3 days or greater prior to arrival date, no penalty.
Cancellations notified within 72 hours or 3 days prior of arrival date: balance of entire booking will be charged to guest’s credit card.
NO Shows: Entire Stay of reservation is forfeited.
Partial stays/early check-out: guest will be charged for full booking.
Guests are not permitted to transfer forfeited amounts to future dates of stay.
Travel insurance is recommended.
*Meal plan rates are in addition to room rates. Persons sharing same room must be on the same meal plan and Meal plans must be purchased for all days of your stay. All-Inclusive guests departing prior to our 7am Restaurant opening may have breakfast and lunch items prepared and packaged the evening prior before 9:30pm. There is no refund for any meals periods missed or not consumed.
