Holiday Season (Christmas):

There is a minimum stay of 5 nights for arrivals December 20-31.

Children:

Children 6 years of age and under stay FREE, when occupying the same accommodations as parents.

Additional children are $25 per night for each minor child 13-17.

Additional Adults: Extra adult persons above quad occupancy are $50 per night, 18 years and older.

Maximum guest occupancy: Townhomes is 6 persons; Sunrise Beach Home is 4 persons; Sunset Beach Home is 6 persons + 4 children on existing bedding.
