At Cape Eleuthera Resort & Yacht Club we pride ourselves on doing everything we can do for our neighbors, our environment and our guests. We support our island and its people by making sure that local job opportunities go back to the local people of Eleuthera. We support our local farmers, fishermen, local artists, vendors and suppliers.
As far as our green efforts are concerned; we try at every turn to do the best we can to care for and nurture our environment and island. We have not gone out of our way to receive special recognition or a green seal of approval for our efforts because we firmly believe that helping our environment should not be used as a marketing opportunity. We do it because we feel better about it. Not because we want to look better for it. Having said that, we do have a lot of inquires about our efforts and so they are listed below. We have an ongoing policy that wherever and whenever possible, we will make adjustments to be kinder, gentler and more nurturing with our island and environment.
