Marina Rates

Slip reservations are suggested for marina use. A two-night guarantee will be obtained on your credit card to confirm reservation, five nights where applicable. Marina guests may charge all resort services with credit card authorization on file. Cancellations must be received 7 days prior to arrival date for refund of deposit. Any cancellation or change after this time will forfeit deposit paid. However, if the cancellation or change is due to weather, we reserve the right to hold the deposit and it may be used toward a future stay up to 12 months after the day of cancellation. Checkout time is 11:00 a.m. (Late checkout requests can usually be accommodated.)

All tenders must be registered with mother ship and must fit behind or beside the ship they are with, without obstructing any other slip or full Transient Rates will apply. Ask about our Discount Tender Slips, offered based upon availability at our Tender Mooring Center adjacent the Interior East Sea Wall.

Electricity	$0.50 KWH , 30/50/100 Amp@240/120, (100 Amp service at Mega Yacht Dock only. 3 phase service only available at Mega Yacht Dock.
Cape Eleuthera Water	$0.45 Per Gallon at docks, Pure Filtered RO Water, See Dock Master for removal of faucet lock & meter reading. This water is never mixed with rainwater or any other type of water. Cape Eleuthera Water & Ice Co. 5 Gallon, Gallon and bottled water available at Out Island Outfitters Provisions Store
Fuel -Diesel -Gasoline -Lubricants	We only offer the finest in marine fuel products. Triple filtered diesel and gasoline is distributed by high volume marine pumps. Our water separation system ensures no water in our fuel. We offer a full line marine grade oil and lubricants at Out Island Outfitters. We also feature a vehicle dispensing station should you keep a vehicle, at the marina. Fuel prices are set and controlled by the Government & Freeport Oil Company and are subject to market changes. Generally selling a mark up of only +Diesel $0.19 & +Gas $0.44 per gallon above cost.
Telephone	Hook up is available. Long distance charged at 45% mark-up AT&T Day Time Operator Assisted International Rates and local calls are billable at $1.00 per call. .10 cents per minute additional for all local calls over 10 minutes. 800 & calling card calls are not toll free from The Bahamas and are billable at long-distance rates plans. Operator assistance and public phones are available at Guest Services or at Out Island Outfitters and Dock Master's Center
Pump-out Waste Oil Trash- Recycle Centers	Services available at a cost of $20 at the fuel dock. Reminder it is illegal to dump in The Bahamian waters.Waste oil may be deposited at the fuel dock, in sealed containers only, at $1 per gallon. All trash must be taken to our waste recycle centers and is accepted from registered vessels ONLY at $2.50 per bag. Please protect our pristine environment and do not dump or litter while visiting Eleuthera.
Laundry Shower	Coin/Quarter operated commercial washers and dryers with folding table and iron station are available at Out Island Outfitters 7am-11p. Laundry service may be arranged by the dock master. Quarters available at Guest Registration or Out Island Outfitters and Dock Master's Center.  Coin/quarter operated clean, modern accessible hot shower facility $3 for 7 minutes at the Dock Master's Center 6am-11p
Fax & Copier Services Internet & Business Center Services	$4.00 per page for all outgoing faxes, domestic or international. 50 cents per copy. High speed WI-FI within marina $15 per day, High speed Internet business center kiosk $10 per 30 minutes at Out Island Outfitters.
Cape Eleuthera Ice	$6 per 10# bag at Out Island Outfitters Provisions Store
