Carrying on his father’s legacy, Cape Eleuthera is fortunate to have Neal Watson Jr. on board as head dive instructor for the Cape Team. Being a native Bahamian Neal feels right at home on the reefs and walls of the south Eleuthera waters. His knowledge, professionalism, friendly and easy going personality is what has made him a favorite among fellow divers throughout the years.

“My goal is to give divers the most memorable dive experience possible and to me that goes beyond what they see in the water. I know what will truly set us apart from all other dive operators is the personal interactions and special attention you experience with the staff while on land and in the boat between dives sites. Even if it is a less than stellar day at sea, I feel that as long as I continue to keep guests smiling, then I’ve done my job well.”

I moved here to free dive and spear fish as it is the best in the REAL Out Islands of anywhere I have lived in the Caribbean. I enjoy taking guests swimming and diving and showing them all the beautiful natural things the Bahamas has to offer. You know I enjoy the guest very much, I love to win smiles and give experiences that last a life time.

Neal and I have found over 20 of the best dive sites in the Bahamas and continue to explore and chart them with the guests.
