Record Lionfish Caught at Cape Eleuthera!
Guest Zach Timmons caught this record Lion Fish off the reefs near Cape Eleuthera.
The fish was an amazing 17.25″ long and is believed to be a record for Eleuthera the Bahamas.
Scientists at the Cape Eleuthera Institute commented after viewing the fish that they have only seen Lion fish this large while 600′ deep off the Cape’s wall in a sub.
